Besides trainee Pamela was working with me very long and very wrong, that manager had to come and fix it numerous times when they asked for MVP package including wash, massage, treatments, etc. I said hair cut only, but at check out, they asked me to pay for the full package($35,$30, and $25 for seniors), because that's what they offering. And the computer's screen suggests $8 or $10 tips on top of that. They did not say anything up-front and just charge you for service you never asked for and never received. Great Clips charges $18 and $16(seniors) on Wednesday 10.99 specials You decide. I did: never again!

Walked in and took first available. Asked if she could do a Flat top and showed a picture of my last cut done by my usual barber in Boca. No problem , she said. Worst haircut ever!! Hacked it so bad! I paid and left. Do not use the west Boynton location, stay with someone you know that can cut hair. Unbelievably bad!! They must hire people that can't make it at a legitimate barber shop.

I just started taking my boys to Elizabeth and am so so happy with the service and how wonderful their haircuts turn out every time! Elizabeth is very professional and very good with young kids! The salon is kept very clean and very safe during these times. I would recommend Sports Clips and Elizabeth over and over!
